All are now good for FQ standards & fyi these were an average of 8.5 years old which historically would not have been possible to upgrade. Personally I am still puzzled as to how it adheres so well, but this is by far the most cost-effective way of painting floors with just a sweep out required instead of washing, drying, sanding & preparing the floor. Because this batch were older they did need the panels painting, but the combined cost was still only approx USD 225 which is a maintenance investment well worth making. These should now be good for several more years & unlikely we could have leased them in the market otherwise anyway.
